Boat Storage Inside and Out

Please note: We do not have any Wet slip storage.

For your small boat or your large boat, We have storage for you.
We welcome boats up to 60 Ton,
On trailers, Also RVs, trailers, Auto, Just about anything on wheels
or that floats.

Our outside storage is $9.00 per ft monthly. Vessels 15' Beam and over
is $12.00 per ft per month.
All Storage customers with boats that arrive from the water must pay a Haul, Block & Lanch fee.
Small boat under 31' will be allowed 2 free splash's per month (as long as you are a current
storage customer) after the 1st (HBL) fee is paid unless a travel lift must be used to lift your vessel
then you will be charged the same price as a large boat. Large boats over 31' will be discounted
and will only have to pay $100.00 round trip after the 1st (HBL) fee is paid. For boats on a trailer
we add Two feet to the length of your boat for storage.

Inside Storage: Is for Vessels under 32'. The Rate is $14.00 per ft

Our facility does not support a ramp. Our service for offloading or onloading from a Trailer is
$8.00 per ft Each Way for forklift boat and $12.00 per ft each way for travel lift vessels.

Prices for RV & Motor Home is $9.00 per ft montly.

Other Storage: Trailer, Auto, Small inflatables, etc, is NOW PRICED THE SAME AS A BOAT
per month. If you wish have your boat on a trailer, please refer to the above section on outside storage.

Please Note: We require an advance notice of 3 business day for Haul outs or splashes for vessels 32'
and under. Over 32' or with a 60 ton lift needs to give an advance notice of 4-5 business days.

Prices may be subject to change or special arrangements may not reflect the same price for vessels
with larger beams over 14'. Cutomers are not authorized to operate business from this location you must
be an approved tennant to do so. Tennants must meet requirements and have license and all
insurances kept up to date.
